So last night I perused The ultimate ice cream book : over 500 ice creams, sorbets, granitas, drinks, and more by Bruce Weinstein.

I think I came across two of the grossest sounding recipes and I'm not even close to finishing the book yet.

One was for avocado ice cream. One of the reasons it made me feel sick is that I'm allergic to avocados. Regardless, I'm not sure I'd ever want to make that flavor.

The second one was for apple ice cream. At the end of the recipe, the author listed about ten different ways to vary the results. One suggestion was to add CHEDDAR CHEESE.  So...cheddar/apple ice cream.

I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly anticipate receiving the red ice cream machine.
